The Northern Brazoria Education Alliance (NBCEA) is a regional workforce development alliance composed of industry, business, community and academic leaders.

The Northern Brazoria County Education Alliance (NBCEA) a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation founded in December 2007 by a group of community partners for the purpose of aligning industry, business,  education and government to improve the regional workforce and economic growth.

The focus is on continuous workforce improvement and technology consistent with the needs of industry and business.  NBCEA services are available to Pearland ISD students,

In partnership with Pearland Independent School District (PISD), the NBCEA offers a high school dual credit technical program with San Jacinto College, and Alvin Community College.

The program affords PISD high school students the opportunity to graduate with skills matched to employer needs, knowledge to succeed in college, advanced career training and entry into key industries with a  lucrative and meaningful career path.

NBCEA offers its industry and business partners a one-stop career center that trains, screens and refers qualified, competent and skilled workers.
