Certification and Licensure 

By providing our students with the opportunity to become certified and licensure in demanding fields while in high school, they are able to have wider career and educational choices in additional to financial security.

Student certifications include:

A+ Computer—Entry level computer maintenance repair and skills

ASE—Auto Serv Excel—Skills mastery of various topics and tasks in the auto industry

CNA—Certified Nursing Assistant—Basic nursing skills for home and nursing home caregivers

CPR—Basic emergency life saving techniques

EPA Certified Technician (EPA 608) - Certification needed to service air conditioning and refrigeration systems

EPA Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Technician Certification (EPA 609)  - Credentials needed to service Motor Vehicle Air Conditioners and to purchase small amounts of refrigerant

EPA Technician Certification Exam:  Universal, Type I & II—for students completing the HVAC refrigerant curriculum

MCAS—Microsoft Certified Application Specialist

MOS—Microsoft Office Specialist—Students have mastered skills in one or more programs in MS Office

 NCCER—National Center for Construction and Education Research—Professional credentials that transfer between industries in various area of construction

Network+ - Entry level telecommunications and networking skills

OSHA—Occupational Safety and Health Administration—Worksite safety training

ServSafe—Food Safety Training and certification

Welder Qualification Exam—American Welding Society—Basic welding skills exam
